Water Damage

In Tomball, the cause of loss is from a washing machine overflow, the owner is not sure what caused the overflow but the machine was in use. The affected areas were the laundry room, living room, hallway, and about 2 feet of water in the master bedroom. The affected materials include baseboards, some drywall, free-floating engineered wood floors, carpet, pad, and tile.

These before and after pictures are from the living room area. We first removed the wood flooring to start the cleaning process. After that, we then placed 15 air movers and 3 dehumidifiers to get rid of the negative air.
