Busted Pipe Damage

In Spring, the cause of loss was due to a busted pipe in the laundry room. The water affected the utility Room, kitchen, living room, and a storage room in the garage.

First, we removed all the contents in the home and covered the unaffected areas with plastic. We then started to remove all the affected materials and placed 22 air movers and 2 dehumidifiers. After a few days, everything was dried back to preloss condition and we removed our equipment. 

After the Water Mitigation was finished, our Build Back guys went to rebuild what the mitigation crew tore out.
