Pipe Leak

In Katy, the cause of loss was due to a pipe leak from the master bathroom toilet on the first floor. The water affected the master bedroom and bathroom, laundry room, and living room. 

To start the water mitigation process, we first removed all the wet materials including drywall, carpet, tile, and baseboards. After the materials were all removed, we then placed a couple of air moves and dehumidifiers to dry out all of the affected areas. We had to go back a few days after to move the equipment around for a better drying process. 

Our Build Back guys showed up after the mitigation was done to make the home look like nothing had ever happened!
