Washer Overflow

In Houston, this water damage was caused by a washer overflow. The washer machine overflow happened overnight and customer woke up to it so it had run for approximately 6-7 hrs. 

This was a 2 story home and the washer was downstairs. There were 5-6 rooms downstairs that got affected by the water. 

When our guys showed up for the inspection, there was still standing water, so extraction was needed. 

The affected materials that needed to be removed were the carpet and pad, vinyl flooring, and the swollen door jams and trim. We placed 30 air movers and 3 dehumidifiers.
